The 2025 Global Education Leadership Conference for Higher Education Executives is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the Amber Meeting Room, Le Meridien Taipei. The conference aims to strengthen collaboration in internationalization among universities across Taiwan, share experiences in international engagement and student recruitment, and showcase achievements in global education initiatives.

This year’s conference features a special panel discussion on “Cultivating International Talent and Future Trends,” with distinguished speakers including Ms. Susan, Director of the British Council (Taiwan); Mr. Christopher Lim, Deputy Representative of the Australian Office Taipei; and Mr. Hoin Kim, President of the Korean Association of International Educators (KAIE). The session will explore each country’s strategies for recruiting and developing international talent. In addition, representatives from the Ministry of Education will share insights on promoting Mandarin education and career counseling for international students seeking employment in Taiwan.

In the afternoon, sessions will focus on the Taiwan Global Pathfinders Initiative and international education and industry-academia collaboration.
