The scholarhsip includes:
-free tuition for the entire duration of the chosen program
-monthly allowances, which will be the same as the ones for Russian citizens
-dormitory accommodation (if available)

To participate in the first stage of the campaign, students need to fill in an application form and attach the following documents: 
- Photo 
- Passport 
- Educational documents (diploma and transcript)  
- An abstract and a list of publications (for postgraduate students)
