The Conference of Reaching the Globe ‐ Higher Education Collaboration Across Asia‐Pacific co-held by FICHET and I-Shou University ended successfully on June 27th. The keynote speech was given by Mr. Anthony Johnson, Chair of Global Internship Conference in the title of “Global Internships – Past, Present and Future!” The speech was focusing on the trend and sustainable development of global internship.
We also invited scholars from Japan, Thailand and Vietnam, to join panel session in the title of “Cross‐Border Cooperation in Higher Education” to share cooperation cases between different universities. In the afternoon sessions, we invited scholars from Indonesia, Philippines, and Malaysia to discuss recruitment strategies, short-term program, Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Internships.
This year, we have a special session which is the world café. The world café is designed for a platform that every participant can discuss 4 different topics in a limit time. It is also a great chance to know every participant in this session.
The participants reached around 90 and this conference brings together experts and scholars from around the world to share their experiences and knowledge.
