國立屏東科技大學承辦之泰國臺灣教育中心於108年7月在泰國曼谷舉行第7屆「臺泰高等教育論壇」，由教育部劉孟奇政務次長與國際及兩岸教育司畢祖安司長率領國內21校50名校長暨國際事務主管人員出席會議，與泰方教育部及50多所大學約130人共同交流。本次論壇以「臺泰夥伴關係產業合作—追求強化創新學習、成果導向教學與技能養成」(Taiwan-Thailand Partnership for Fostering Innovative Learning, Outcome-based Education, and Skill Development through Industry Collaborations)為主題，探討如何加強雙方各領域的新創合作，並安排前往當地知名集團及科技電子公司參訪，增進我方對泰國產業現況及產學合作的充分瞭解，創造更多合作契機。
