李蔡彥教授，現任國立政治大學校長，兼任財團法人高等教育國際合作基金會董事長。1986年畢業於國立台灣大學農業機械學系，隨後赴美深造，分別取得美國史丹佛大學資訊科學系碩士(1992年)及機械系博士學位(1995年)。

研究專長為人工智慧、機器人學、電腦動畫及人機介面等領域。

行政服務曾歷任政大電子計算機中心主任(2000-2006年)、資訊科學系主任(2008-2011年)、副教務長兼教學發展中心主任(2011-2012年)、主任秘書(2012-2014年)、教育部資訊及科技教育司司長(2014-2016年)、人文創新數位學院籌備辦公室主任(2017-2018年)、人文創新數位學院執行長(2018-2019年)、創新與創造力研究中心主任(2019-2022年)，並於2022年8月起擔任政治大學第15任校長。在其領導下，政大積極推動數位治理與資料開放，透過數據蒐集、資料分析與應用來輔助校務決策，並著手行政程序的數位轉型，提升校內跨單位合作效率，強調科技與人文的結合，為人文社會科學為主的政大注入更多科技元素。曾協助教育部推動各項人才培育計畫，現為「教育部提升大學通識教育計畫」主持人，政策引導各校提升通識教育，關注學生需求與學習成效。

Dr. Tsai-Yen Li, the current president of National Chengchi University (NCCU), received a BS in 1986 from National Taiwan University and an MS and Ph.D. in 1992 and 1995, respectively, from Stanford University. He is a professor in the Computer Science Department of NCCU.

He has been serving as the Chairperson of the Foundation for International Cooperation in Higher Education of Taiwan (FICHET) since July 2025.

He served for two years (2014–2016) as the director of the Department of Information and Technology Education in Taiwan's Ministry of Education (MOE). He aims to transform NCCU into a digital, diverse, inclusive, resilient, and poetic university featuring humanity and social sciences. He is also helping the MOE reform university IT education and general education in Taiwan. His main research interests include Robotics, Computer Animation, Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence, and Interactive Narrative.

袁孝維教授現為國立臺灣大學森林環境暨資源學系教授、國際長、國際學院院長，並兼任生物多樣性研究中心副主任。她於美國康乃爾大學取得自然資源博士學位，任教於臺大近 30 年來，長期致力於高等教育國際化推動與環境保育工作，在研究、教學與社會服務等領域皆有卓越表現，並屢獲國內外獎項與榮譽肯定。袁教授曾擔任國家實驗研究院國際事務主任及財團法人高等教育國際合作基金會執行長，領導臺灣推動學研國際合作與全球連結。

袁教授的學術專長為鳥類生態、野生動物與保護區經營管理及生物多樣性研究，連續多年獲得校內研究論文傑出獎，並獲農業委員會表揚為林業及自然保育有功人士。她同時積極投入人才培育，致力於森林研究與資源管理領域的人才養成，曾獲臺大全英語授課教學傑出獎、校內服務傑出獎及傑出導師獎等多項教學肯定，並多次榮獲教學優良獎。2023年2月，她於第50屆太平洋海鳥年會（Pacific Seabird Group Annual Meeting）中，榮獲特別貢獻獎。

Professor Hsiao-Wei Yuan received her Ph.D. in Natural Resources from Cornell University and has served on the faculty of National Taiwan University for nearly 30 years. She is currently Vice President for International Affairs, Dean of the International College, and Vice Director of the Biodiversity Research Center. Throughout her distinguished career, Professor Yuan has been deeply committed to advancing international higher education and biodiversity conservation, making significant contributions in research, teaching, and public service.

Her leadership extends beyond NTU. Professor Yuan has served as Director for International Affairs at the National Applied Research Laboratories and as CEO of FICHET, playing a pivotal role in strengthening Taiwan’s global academic engagement. She actively promotes international collaboration, cross-border partnerships, and global visibility for Taiwan’s higher education sector.

Professor Yuan’s academic expertise focuses on avian ecology, wildlife and protected area management, and biodiversity conservation. She has been the principal investigator for numerous research projects supported by NSTC and Council of Agriculture. Her outstanding achievements have been recognized with multiple NTU Distinguished Research Paper Awards and by the Ministry of Agriculture for her contributions to forestry and nature conservation.

Equally dedicated to education, Professor Yuan has played a leading role in training future professionals in forestry and resource management. Her excellence in teaching has been honored with the Distinguished All-English Teaching Award, Distinguished Teacher Award, Outstanding Teaching Award, and Distinguished University Service Award from NTU. In 2023, she was presented with the Special Contribution Award at the 50th Pacific Seabird Group Annual Meeting, recognizing her significant impact on the field of seabird and conservation science.

蘇珊為現任英國文化協會台灣辦公室處長，掌管協會在文化交流、英語教學及考試業務的整體運作。此前她曾擔任英國文化協會許多重要職位，包含中東及北非地區教育與英語總監，管轄範圍涵蓋北非、黎凡特地區及海灣國家共17個國家；東亞區域教育總監，負責14個國家事務；中國大陸教育總監及駐北京英國大使館教育顧問。在英國國際發展部（現外交部）任職期間，曾擔任資深教育顧問，主導中國、東亞、中東、北非地區的大型教育與英語改革計畫；在南部非洲地區，她也帶領多方合作夥伴工作，推動社會部門治理改革，其中包含在尚比亞的教育領域的推動發展。早年她曾於布魯塞爾的歐洲委員會擔任政策顧問，並以英國國家專家身份專責教育政策及永續發展目標事務。職業生涯初期，蘇珊曾於中國大陸培訓英語教師，並於非政府組織擔任環境教育負責人以及擔任海外志工服務組織中國區主任。

Susan Milner is the British Council Director Taiwan where she is accountable for the whole British Council operation in Cultural Relations, English language and Exams. She was previously British Council Director Education and English, Middle East and North Africa region covering 17 countries across North Africa, the Levant, and the Gulf states. She was previously British Council Regional Education Director for East Asia with responsibility for 14 countries and prior to this was China Director Education British Council and Counsellor Education within the British Embassy in Beijing. Previously Senior Education Adviser for the UK Department for International Development (FCDO) she has led large scale Education and English reform programmes in China, across East Asia, Middle East and North Africa and the region of Southern Africa where she led multi-partner work on social sector governance reform and Education sector development for FCDO in Zambia. She has worked at the European Commission in Brussels as a policy adviser and expert on Education and the SDGs as UK National Expert within DG Development. In her early career Sue was an English teacher trainer in China and has worked in the NGO sector as an environment education lead and as Country Director Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) China.

林副代表是澳洲政府的資深官員，在政府單位服務多年，帶領優秀的國際團隊促成許多重要的商務以及外交成果。他曾擔任澳洲駐菲律賓的商務公使 (2021-2024) ，以及澳洲駐成都總領事館總領事 (2017-2020)。此前也曾派駐北京、華府、以及新加坡。

林副代表致力於深化澳洲與台灣之間的經貿連結，擴大貿易與投資，以期在變動迅速的世界經濟趨勢下為雙邊帶來福祉。

在加入澳洲政府貿易及投資委員會 (Austrade，在台即為澳洲辦事處商務處) 之前，林副代表曾任職於澳洲政府外交與貿易部，以及澳洲總理及內閣部。

Christopher Lim is a senior career Australian public servant who has led high-performing international teams to deliver major commercial and diplomatic outcomes. Christopher was the Senior Trade and Investment Commissioner to the Philippines from 2021 to 2024, and the Australian Consul-General in Chengdu, southwest China, from 2017 to 2020. He had earlier postings to Beijing, Washington, and Singapore. 

He is committed to realising the full potential of the economic relationship between Australia and Taiwan by expanding productive trade and investment, in the context of a rapidly changing world. 

Prior to joining the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), Christopher worked at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. 

Christopher holds a Master of Arts in Foreign Affairs and Trade from the Australian National University, and a Bachelor of Architecture from RMIT University.  He speaks Mandarin and Malay/Indonesian, and is learning Taiwanese. He has a deep interest in gender equality, diversity and inclusion, East Asian history, and cross-cultural understanding.

徐文祥國際長1985年畢業於國立交通大學機械工程學系，1992年於美國加州大學柏克萊分校取得機械工程博士學位後返國任教，現任國立陽明交通大學機械工程學系教授。

其研究領域在微機電技術及機械設計，學術研究與產業應用方面均具豐富經驗，主持與參與多項國內外合作計畫，曾任教育部顧問室微機電領域教學中心召集人，整合8校推動微機電領域之教學改進計畫．部分研究成果2006年即收錄於微機電領域之教科書，Foundation of MEMS。近年研究重點在數位微流體系統，無線傳感器，超疏水雙折結構、生醫檢測晶片。2022年與台北榮民總醫院眼科團隊合作，榮獲「第19屆國家新創獎－學研新創獎」。2024年與長庚醫院人工生殖研究團隊合作，榮獲「第21屆國家新創獎－學研新創獎」。
