Dear APAIE Members:
First, APAIE would like to express our sincere gratitude for your willingness to participate at the 2014 APAIE Conference & Exhibition at Seoul, Korea.
The City of Seoul had planned on inviting APAIE to the DDP venue. However, due to the national event between China, Japan and Korea, being hosted at the DDPduring its opening ceremony, APAIE was compelled to re-consider whether APAIEwould still be able to provide optimal service to the participants of APAIE.After considerable deliberation last week, the APAIE decided to welcome the2014 APAIE Conference participants to the aT Center instead of the DDP Centerin Seoul, Korea. This conference venue change will allow participants to bothattend a proper conference venue and still be invited to the grand opening ceremonyof DDP on the March21, 2013 (and thus experience diverse places in Seoul).
We hope that you will understand that APAIE has made a difficult decision in changing the venue for the 2014APAIEConference & Exhibition. Doing so will allow more exhibition booths to be represented ,with more participants able to comfortably enjoy the conference. The aT Center is a government-owned venue and APAIE and the 14 host universities in Korea are happy to have found this hidden conference center that will enable a more intimate conference.
We hope you will accept the changes in venue. However, if you wish to re-consider attending the 2014 APAIE Conference& Exhibition, please contact the APAIE Secretariat by replying back to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The APAIE website is currently being updated to reflect the change of venue. You will be able to receive all information relating to the changed venue from the updated APAIE website soon.
P.S. Please reply to email@example.com instead of the sent e-mail account. We will be able to assist you faster.
