The PromoDoc project will attend the European Education Fair in Taipei, Taiwan, on October 26th and 27th, via a booth and presentations focusing on doctoral-level study in Europe.
PromoDoc is a project funded by the European Commission, within the framework of the Erasmus Mundus Action 3 programme, focusing on the promotion of European higher education at the doctoral level. The project aims to showcase the attractiveness of doctoral-level study in Europe, improve awareness of opportunities for doctoral study and facilitate access to European doctoral programmes amongst students in third countries, especially in the targeted industrialised countries and territories of Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and the USA.
This three-year project is being implemented by an international consortium, led by Campus France and composed of DAAD, Nuffic, the British Council, Eurodoc (The European Council of Doctoral Candidates and Junior Researchers) and the Institute of International Education (USA).
The PromoDoc booth at the EEFT will be dedicated to providing information on doctoral study opportunities in Europe. Information documents including the flyer and brochure produced within the scope of the project will be distributed to Taiwanese students, the PromoDoc video clip will also be shown and visitors will have access to the project website through laptops on the booth.
